There is no online pre-registration for 2025. We are only able to accept cash for admission at the door, but ATMs are available at the venue.

Planning to join us remotely? No need to register or pay money! SceneSat will be streaming the whole event live.

You may notice, like last year:

• We've lowered ticket prices by eliminating meal service. Post-pandemic, finding quality catered food in relevant quantities became exponentially more difficult and time consuming. Snacks will still be provided but, instead of serving full catered meals on-site, we're encouraging attendees to explore the local restaurant and delivery options, try nearby on-campus dining options, or pack a meal.
• We've gone cash-only for admission and T-shirt sales. Ongoing vendor issues prevent our use of online pre-registration. ATMs from both PNC Bank and Citizens Bank are conveniently located on the first floor of the venue. We will continue looking into alternative payment options for the future as they become available to our organization.

Admission will still be free for Carnegie Mellon students, faculty, and staff.

Why charge at all? The event still costs money to run! Revenue from ticket and T-shirt sales helps fund the prize pool for our compos as well as other incidental expenses.
